The proper Installation of machines by experienced and acknowledged engineers is necessary for their correct function and use.

  • Schedule a meeting with chief engineer
  • Provide specifications, electrical requirements and other important information
  • Confirm that all prep work has finished for installation of machines
  • Schedule meeting on site for the installation of machines
  • Position, Install and Start-up machines

Step 3 – Training 25%
Training is performed on site after machine commissioning in regards to proper machine usage and user safety

Training at a glance:

  • Provide on-site basic user training after commissioning
  • Discuss basics of machine capabilities and correct function
  • Provide user manual for personal safety and further training and understanding

Step 4 – After Sales Service and Support 25%

  • Phone call to report any electrical errors or mechanical malfunctions
  • Return call to schedule meeting to rectify machine problem(s)
